Ordering

What’s the minimum order?
500 units for most custom-printed boxes. Larger sizes and specialty styles may have different minimums — we’ll confirm with your quote.
Can I reorder and match my last run?
Yes. We keep your dieline and print specs on file, so reorders match exactly and move faster.
Can I mix box styles in one order?
Yes. Combine kraft boxes, pails, and containers to hit volume pricing across your whole menu.

Design & Artwork

Do you charge for dielines or proofs?
No. The dieline and your first printed proof are free. You approve before we print.
What artwork do you need?
Vector art (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. Send a logo or photo and our designers build a print-ready dieline free.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes. Custom Pantone matching is available on kraft and white board.

Food Safety & Materials

Are the boxes food-safe?
Yes. All board is food-grade and grease-resistant. Poly and PLA linings are available for saucy or wet items.
Do you offer compostable packaging?
Yes. Many styles are available in compostable, PLA-lined board — ask when you request your quote.
Are they microwave or freezer safe?
Some container styles are; it depends on the board and lining. Tell us your use and we’ll spec accordingly.

Pricing & Shipping

How much do custom boxes cost?
Pricing is by custom quote and depends on style, size, and quantity — per-unit pricing improves quickly as the run grows. Send your specs and we’ll return an exact quote within one business day.
Where do you ship and how fast?
Nationwide. Standard production is 2 weeks after proof approval; rush is available for a hard opening date.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH, and purchase orders for established businesses.
